It pays to have a cute husband: Southern California Portrait Photography

My husband is very supportive of me and my camera. So much so that when I tell him to go get changed so we can go take photos, he doesn’t even flinch. We went out and got a few photos the other night while we still had some light – very little, actually. Only took 20 minutes for the sun to leave us completely. But it worked, and I am digging what we got.

Product Highlight: Keepsake Album

I have to say, this is just an awesome little album that I can’t get enough of. You get your choice of beautiful cover materials, and for my sample album of Mr Sammi I went with a funky green material. It totally rocks! If you are interested in one for a future (or past!) session, just ask to see all of the color swatches and I’ll make sure you do! I am warning you, though, if you see them in person you won’t be able to walk away without buying one!

Engaged! Natassia & Ray: Southern California Engagement and Wedding Photography

A few months ago Natassia contacted me and asked about engagement photos. She and Ray had recently gotten engaged and they were planning to get married soon! Well, their plans changed and their wedding is now taking place in Hawaii later in February. (Oh, darn – Hawaii!)

A little bit of background, Natassia and I used to be good friends in Junior High and High School. In fact, we were captains of the Jr High Drill Team together! (Woo Mustangs!) In high school we ended up drifting apart, but we’ve chatted every so often since then. She is a great person and so I knew that Ray must be a pretty great guy!

We met in downtown Lake Elsinore – it’s a great location for an urban or city shoot! The brickwork is heavenly.

I think Natassia has one of the most beautiful smiles!
