Laury and I go way back. WAY back. In fact, she was my very first friend. When my parents moved to Lake Elsinore in 1986, there was another family on the street with a kid around my age. That was Laury. We played together it seems like almost every day when we were young, until probably 3 or 4th grade. We’d “play on the freeway”, dig in the backyard, trick or treat at her grandma’s bedroom door, swim in the pool. Man, it make me want to be a kid again! And then we started getting older, had homework, had boyfriends, that kind of thing… and we drifted apart. Occasionally we’d see each other, or I’d see her mom… but not too often.
Well, fairly recently we came in contact again and she asked me to photograph her wedding. I was so honored. How amazing that here we are, 23 years later, and I have the opportunity to photograph her wedding.
Reverend Christopher officiated their ceremony – he is awesome to work with and just amazing at what he does!
We drove over to citrus park for a few photos before the ceremony.
Her brother Tyler walked her down the aisle. So sweet and such a beautiful moment.

They had Sheena, their maid of honor, sing a song after their first dance. Gorgeous!
