The cutest French Bulldogs I ever did see…

This past weekend I had the awesome opportunity to fly to Florida to photograph a bunch of special frenchies. My main intention was to photograph Bentley & Mia, the pups of the French Bulldog Rescue Network President. Well, I was in loooove. Mr Bentley had me at first glance. I wanted to smuggle him home! Ms Mia is a finished champion and a very beautiful girl!

Here are a few, I’ll be sharing more over the next few days.

Slava Calendars- FBRN fundraiser!

So I ordered a bunch of press printed Slava calendars to have at a booth I will be at representing FBRN. (The Animal Friends of the Valley Spooktacular event on Oct 25th in downtown Temecula!)

Anyway, I thought they would look great with a little easel on them, and then I thought it would be a very fun and simple fundraiser for FBRN!

So, here’s the deal, for $6 (including shipping) you can snag one of these adorable little 5×7 calendars.

They are printed from a professional lab on high quality matte cardstock paper.

Send your $6 payment to melissa@melissapalomo.com and for each calendar sold, $4 will be donated to FBRN. If you’d like to donate more, go to frenchbulldogrescue.org

Pumpkin Nose

Ms Slava is not a huge fan of pumpkin, which is probably why it remains on her nose a bit instead of being licked off. She’s doing ok, though we’re still changing up treatment to hopefully speed up recovery for her. She’s doing better than she was a week or two ago, but nowhere near out of the woods yet. She’s definitely a sweetheart and a fighter, though, THAT is for sure!

So thank you to everyone who has sent happy thoughts, prayers, or donated via her foster page! And a HUGE thank you to the folks at the vet who have given her love, kisses, and cleaned up her endless amounts of poo. The support has been incredible.

These photos were difficult to get because every time I crouched down she wanted to come and get a kiss. Normally I would love that, but not when I don’t have a super wide angle lens on! Silly girl. So the hubby kept order and I got a few photos.

Gabey-licious…

Just one of the way-too-many nicknames we have for Gabriel!
We were able to get out of the house between Slava’s medication times and decided to take Gabriel and my camera to the park. They get along nicely, if I do say so myself.

Love his toesies!
